New Balance 997H Men's Running Shoes - Lightweight Comfort Sneakers for Walking, Jogging & Gym Workouts

I've seen this show pictured here, on the JCrew site and at the New Balance site described as "Black/Varsity Gold". The shoe pictured is unambiguously NAVY in color, not Black. If I could be assured that I would receive the NAVY colored shoes pictured, I would own these already. As it stands, I can't justify the expense if I'm going to get Black shoes, clearly what is described but also clearly not pictured. Confusing.
